Red Velvet Cupcakes

I couln't resist trying them again, but this time I converted the famous rvc recipe myself and voila, they're red and look & taste super !



With cream cheese frosting, nice and sweet just the way I like them



Yumyum, I'm making more this week as we have a day long meeting with my colleagues and I thought this would be a nice way to start it off ....
